Help ensure A Star Society’s resilience

Thank you for your part in making the lower mainland a centre of excellence in dance education. A Star Society is recognized for its support of artistic endeavours in schools. We provide bursaries for dance education students with financial need, low-cost drop-ins, free access to studios for local dance artists, and community dance events. Your contribution supports our efforts in making dance more accessible and available to people in our community. Donations of all sizes are appreciated!

Monthly donations

We would like to grow our programs with the goal of funding more bursaries and community dance events that are beyond our current reach. Consider making a monthly donation. Small monthly amounts add up and give A Star Society reliable cash flow to seamlessly support our programs. 

Donations of $100 or greater receive:

• Acknowledgment in A Star Society/Boogaloo Academy’s year-end show program
• Acknowledgment on A Star Society’s donor web page
• Upon request, a charitable tax receipt for 100% of the donation amount will be provided through our partner, Arts in Action Society, in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency
